Tuesday – Thursday: 8AM – 7PM

What Holidays Do You Work?
We are closed regularly on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Closures around those times change depending on when they fall in the calendar week.
Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?
Yes. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited if this cannot be accomplished.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), checks, cash, All Pet Card, and CareCredit. The owner of the card must be present or have otherwise notified our office of permission.

Are there any employment opportunities?

If you are interested in working with us, please contact us at [email protected] to get more information.

Are You an Emergency Clinic?
While we do our best to help whenever we can, sometimes your animal is better seen by another team with different equipment. We focus primarily on our scheduled appointments, and do not have a separate Emergency team. We also do not have overnight staff. If you have questions, please give us a call, and a member of our team will help “Triage,” or identify your pet’s needs and the best way to get them sorted.
Do You Take Payment Plans?
No. Payment is due at the time of service.
